Molly loves mysteries and carries her Detective's Notebook everywhere. She also helps out at her grandmother's shop called GG's Treasures. One day at the shop Molly stumbles upon a mysterious package with a note and a necklace. Molly's grandmother encourages her to learn about the necklace just as the note challenges her to do. Molly can't resist. She and her friend Lonzo start a journey to learn about Native American jewelry that leads from library to museum and back to GG's Treasures. Molly's discovery about the necklace might just bring her and her grandmother closer than ever.
