The friends continue their adventures where the previous books left off. When we last read about the friends, they had accidentally been separated while being transported. Tommy ended up on the planet Borth, Sam found herself in a desert in Australia, and Andy realized he was alone in a remote snowy location. In this story, Lucy and Mei find themselves on a small island in the middle of the sea. Meanwhile, Tommy and Aplixa try to think of a plan to rescue all of Tommy's friends from the evil Oznox.
