Tommy and the Mew-Coo-Coo Birds is a continuation of Book 19 in the Tommy Tales series. In this book, Tommy and Bongo leave the other friends behind in the prison cell in hopes of finding RK-5. When Tommy and Bongo try to retrace their steps, the direction they choose leads them to a new area of Sketty, where they meet some very interesting birds. Illustrations support the text.
